Jim. Just Email your post to PNL, this way you know someone will read it. The form of stock as part of compensation / pay package was actually started as an incentive plans for execs. These days it's part of their pay package if they are worth it or not. Either way these options dilutes stock holders equity to large degree (in most corporations), that's why this 4 mil. shares ain't such a big deal especially if they used it to finance expansion and not to pay a worthless exec. jmo Regards
