Robert, what is this, another impeachment proceeding? (VBG). Well, the DCB has occurred and I did not wait for it to even test the 7 or so area, I am a chicken after all, but the "ominous break" has occurred and people that use TA as part of their investment decision making must admit that the stock will have to do some "technical rebuilding" before it attempts another massive rally. I do not think there is any rush right now, for "long termers" to jump in, since it seems we may have to wait until at least the second quarter next year to see VLNC's story has real legs. Traders may find a range between $5 and $7 tradeable, until it breaks one way or another (unfortunately, there is greater probability of breaching the bottom then the top).
