Jim,

Let me run a hypthetical by you based on a couple of facts. IOM was devistated by a VERY HORRIBLE marketing decision and there are not many people focused on the stock right now but I believe that is now changing. There are no brokerage houses recommending IOM as a sell and one brokerage house has already upgraded it to a buy. I believe others will follow suit shortly. According to YHOO there is approximately 29,700,000 shares short right now. IOM is once again becoming a profitable company with new products hitting the market and these additional sources of income will be hard to estimate at first. R&D costs should be coming down dramatically as production ramps up increasing the bottom line of the company. Estimated earnings for IOM are around 0.32 for 1999.

NOW THIS IS A BIG IF but IF IOM were to carry a PE such as LU is now enjoying what will the price be? What would it be if a stock buy back program were initiated or a few earnings surprises were announced.

I was around for the initial fun that IOM stock price enjoyed and I intend to be around the second time as well. I feel the second time is now upon us so I am back. BTW I saw a bid today for 100,000 shares. Is there anyone out there with a level II computer that can tell me whether that bid was filled around 3:30 EST?
