<<The announcement from Radica itself is welcome news....just the sort of thing I feel they need to do more frequently on a whole lot more subjects>>

If you were referring to the the 20-F filing announcement, it was not from Radica, it was from an Edgar service (freeedgar.com) where you can sign up and get free e-mail announcements of SEC filings for companies you are following.

Radica, unfortunately, has been profoundly influenced by the thinking and opinions of Robert Townsend, the board member who died last winter. Townsend made AVIS Rent-a-car the success that it was...back in the 60's, and then wrote about his management theories in his book " UP the CORPORATE LADDER (I think this is the proper title). In the book, Townsend expressed the concept that corporate management should spend little or no time promoting their company/stock on Wall Street. They should ONLY pay attention to running their company well and Wall Street would, on its own, discover the company. This theory worked in the 60's but has long been discarded as a workable concept here in the 90's by everyone, except, alas, RADAF !!!!!
