Jon, I cannot tell you who or what "Van Ness Group" is, but this PR from last year shows that Growth Captial Partners has or had an office in Pleasantville with the same phone number as Van Ness/Amy Pappas. newsbureau.com Bill

Here's a more recent MicroSoft PR referencing the same phone number and the gentleman as in the previous one I cited - "FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Contact: Ted Buerger, (914) 747-3947" swissarmydepot.com Also, I am not sure you realized that the registrant (shown below) is at the same address as Van Ness Group.
