Intel Corp. (INTC): Merrill Lynch's Tom Kurlak upgrades leading chip maker from near and long-term "neutral" to "accumulate" with a 12-month price target of $144; also increases its 1999 EPS estimate from $3.60 to $4.25 a share.

Intel being bid @ 125 before open.


Well, he made it. And still leave room for further upgrades, who knows.
