THC, I am sorry to say, but someone at DOE has been drinking liquid nitrogen rather then beer and that has clouded its vision. HTS were discovered in 1988, and then there was hope that the critical temperature would reach ambient, but 10 years later, it is all for naught, and apart of few minor applications in antenna, squids and some frequency filters, there has been very little real development. I have a lot of respect for Rosner, but if it was his own money (and not Government grants) he would not be involved. I could not say the same about American SC who have gone through a lot of OPM so far and they are still few years away from a saleable product. I would not be a buyer of silver based on the hope of huge demand for HTS wires.
