The warrants are being called because the comapny cant survive without them..i was referring to those who cant see current filings and rely on the free site..which is sometimes 1 or 2 days late

You might be wrong regarding the terms of the warrant redemption. My understanding is that its not a 30 day average but 30 days in a row. Very large difference. In that event we still have a ways to go.

Secondly, the secondary offering, imo, is good if its going to be used as a stock incentive/stock option vehicle for employees. Most ,if not all, INET and Silicon start ups compensate their employees in sucha manner and it is the rule not the exception.

Which makes me wonder if they are lining up additional marketing and/or tech talent as we speak to accommodaTE their increasing bandwith, subscription, and just overall growth.

On the warrants, see post 276.

If the terms laid out in that post are the correct reflection
of what is in the filing then the company needs to give 30 days prior
written notice, if the closing bid price (at Nasdaq) or the closing sale
price (as reported on a national or regional securities exchange) as
applicable, of the shares of Common Stock for 30 consecutive trading days
ending within ten days of the notice of redemption of the Purchase Warrants
averages in excess of $10.00 per share.

I will check whether we have averaged over $10 the last 30 days, but
probably not yet. Moreover, I have not seen a written notice, so there is at least
a 30 day period left.
