Charles- I don't think anyone can cut a Gold version in 3 months
time of anything. However I hope the Judge holds their
feet to the fire. "If you can't do the time don't do the crime".

Stacker and DOS 6.2, 6.21, 6.22 were the only consequences
Microsoft ever suffered for Bill's above the law decisions.
Now the OEM stakes are much higher. There are two ways to go:
1) extend the time (Sun seems in agreement here).
2) let the OEM's sue Microsoft for lost business (fat chance).

I think Microsoft is really scrambling. Judge Jackson's
unbundling preliminary injunction last year was flawed.
This time you got to believe Microsoft's actions were
flagrant and a Federal Judge's injunction will stick.

Harvey

P.S. Non-modular integration code isn't helping much either
WIN98 was already delayed 6 months and this must have some
effect on NT 5.0 also.
