Hi Skeeter Bug; I'm satisfied that Bill now has an impeachment on his record. A hundred years from now, when people ask "Why did Bill Clinton get impeached?" they will have to learn about his sordid story. What an embarassment.

Another positive side. Future 13-year old boys will have a good reason to study US history (in addition to the violence)!

My favorite stupid censure idea is the one making it impossible for Clinton to hold another public office, after he vacates this one in 2001. This would follow naturally from a felony conviction, but to suggest that a man who is unfit to hold the Raton NM dog catcher's position should be allowed to continue to hold the highest office in the land is pretty ludicrous.

Oh well. Back to bed, and no more preaching to the choir for me.

I'll say this about Clinton and the polls: I have never come across anybody who sincerely likes him. Everyone I know who voted for him was voting "against" other people. You can pretty much name any recent prez, and find many suckers who believe the crap that prez spouts. I have never run across a true Clinton-ite.
