Charles -

What I find really significant in the latest PR are the following:

1) FNET has emphasized its growth OVERSEAS, where the margins are much higher. The PR says that once the hardware is in place they will hook up to the FNET network. This gives FNET its first branch of nation wide presence!!

2) FTEL has already sold hardware to this company and this hardware has obviously passed the trial period. The company has been saying for some time that trial were occurring at various companies, and here are the first fruits.

3) FNET will run the turn key operation, adding to the at least one year of bottom line revenues and growth. If they prove successful there should be other contracts via word of mouth, etc.

4) This should be a good reporting quarter - next quarter should be a good one as well, since xxx portion of the sale will be reported against both quarters.

Recall that there was a major delay in the initial shipments of the Tempest because potential customers asked for additional features. I think a lot of the recent success has to do with FTEL/FNET's proprietary software and their foresight to allow the hardware's firmware to be updated with future enhancements, thus lowering ownership costs. Responding to customer requirements has definitely paid off in this case. It will be interesting to see what the next enhancements will be.

Happy Holidays Everyone!!

George
