Hi Herb, that first link has some humorous typos, wherein the negative electrode is described as an "anode". No matter, the technology is significant, albeit a few years dated. Readers of the alphabet soup of financial disclosures should take note, and not rely on these too much, especially when technical progress reports are included in the mix. One has to consider the review chain and use independent data for making a best guess. I suspect the pressure to make deadlines resulted in the garbled text referenced above.
