Jozef: One thing bad about these threads is that it is tough to carry the combined history of one's comments into each posting. It seems like years ago we all had fun with Maurice's pr----g thoughts. I strongly agree with his take on the need for real time pr----g, and have said so on several occasions. One general thought, I feel you should pay for what you use. Whether it be toll roads, water, power, TV or communication capacity. Thing is though, unless you are in a service that is largely free of government regulations, that set up seems to be very scarce. Hey, it is almost the New Year, maybe next year all fees will be usage based. Ha, I can dream cant I? Have a good one. Jeff Vayda
