> Reject the ITC's finding Not really -- they have asked the ITC to review the case, saying that the original findings are not up to recent standards, and the anti-dumping tariffs remain in effect. Not that I'm directly affected -- we're in Europe, and we still have to compete with NEC, even when they outrageously drop prices (which they have to do -- the SV1 is all about making a good high-end vector supercomputer but without outrageously expensive parts). There are a lot of Supercomputing Top500 sites outside the US with SGI/Cray installations ;).
