Radim, Win95/RealPlayerG2update/56k modem/IE4.01 aok on the first try. I can't remember seeing smoother video on the web. Lip synch was mostly right on and the picture was excellent. Sorry you and others are having the difficulties. Browser version is indeed a possible issue. Mr. Spar needs to work on the toy before Christmas if the site is generating widespread difficulty. SUGGESTION....If you are having problems and are CERTAIN of your configuration including version #'s, e-mail Alan Spar so that he can build a matrix for possible troubleshooting. I am sending in mine since it works. Working or not, I'll bet he would appreciate the input. It is one way we can help the company and possibly get answers back as to how to correct the problem if it is in our systems. BHunt
