jane jane jane, those insider "sales" you mention are filings for intentions to sell, the transactions have not taken place yet... take note Now you know why many things are not mentioned on the thread... cuz most everything gets twisted. I've known about the intention for over a week now.

Jane, Yep...tis true. FILED to sell 50K. Been there, got my answers and am satisfied with those answers. At first I thought it couldn't be true because not one of the "in your facers" on this board was tossing it at us. Then a friend confirmed it for me. Truth be known, some in my "circle" had a bet on how long it would take for one of the "naysayers" to find this information, and post it. Seems in all the deep digging these boys do, they don't pay much attention to insider sales. Makes one wonder just how smart they are sometimes. Anyway....thanks for bringing this info out. Gotta go check my sheet and see who had 8 days as the winning guess. btw...in case of a tie...we all picked "who" we thought would break the news. This is NOT good news unless they are paying the mortgages off on their condos. actually....it could be an excellent sign. they now have 90 days in which to sell or not sell 50K shares each (not what i would consider wholesale dumping by any stretch of the imagination!). hmmmm, 90 days represents the first quarter '99. i'd be worried if that were a form 4 with a share price of $1. it would probably be prudent to see where the share price is on the form 4 before we measure this as good or bad. that's assuming that a sale will take place. cheers. gary
