Theoretical Maximum Short Position is 40% of the total shares issued:

I came across an old article at www.stockdetective.com regarding shorting. It was written by Leroy Stockman.

"One final note, MM's can and do short naked. What that means is that they don't have to borrow stock. All they need is cash in their account to cover should they need to. So theoretically there can be 40% more stock out there than was actually issued. Pretty neat from the pros perspective, isn't it?"

So it would follow, the maximum possible short position currently with MDIN is 40% of 46,000,000 or 18.4 million share short.

Hmmm. Perhaps they have maxed out for now.
