Not another "Twas the night before Christmas", do these things never end?????

LOL

Bah Humbug

'Twas the night before Christmas
and we were all in a hurry

No one had seen Rudolph
Santa started to worry.

We looked everywhere both high and low
and we knew we needed Rudolph for the big show.

When he was found he looked sickly and pale
He said that he partied too hard and spent 3 days in jail.

Santa told Rudolph the big night was here
so go take a shower and put down the beer

That's when Rudolph told Santa "I don't think I can"
and Santa said but you have to, "Cause I love you, man"

And if you don't listen to what I'm telling you
tomorrow for lunch we'll have Reindeer stew!

So Rudolph said "fine, let's pack up and go"
but before we do there's something you should know

This is the last year I'll pull your damn sled
Because after this I'm retiring to bed

The day after Christmas Santa threw a big feast
we had cakes and pies and even roast beef

But then with a sly grin Santa said we should try something new
Mrs. Claus has cooked all day and made us some stew.

We ate and we drank til they turned the lights off
but none seemed to know what ever happened to Rudolph

We here at the North Pole we'll miss his red nose
It's still a big mystery that only Santa knows!

Merry Christmas
The Elves Union,
North Pole Chapter

jane, you've touched many-a-nerve, nothing new here.

Since it is the season, and since I'm in a good mood, I'll help you out some.

Take a look at the one year chart for DGIV and ask yourself why Roger would sell at this present level, unless he absolutely had too. And if he absolutely had too, don't you think he'd have done it already, in time for Christmas?

You are bullish on DGIV per your own admission. I choose to believe that these intended sales are in fact a bullish sign for DGIV. If you think about the reasons for certain actions (other than just going with the momo all the time), you might be thinking the same thing as I (regarding the insiders). Trust me Jane, it is this notion that helps one get in (or out) ahead of the curve.

Insiders sell for two reasons, to bail on a stock that is headed south or to take advantage of price runup in the near future. Look at all the insider filings of the internets prior to release of major news (IPOs, etc.). They filed a "planned" sale to take advantage of the anticapated good news and its impact on the share price.

Now its none of my business why Roger may be selling, but I really dont expect him to be selling at these levels, when he could have sold at much higher prices. My guess is he's getting ready to take some profits as this stock runs hard upon the release of contracts. Obviously this is only my opinion, but in this case I view this as a positive sign NOT a negative one.
