PS FLC's net asset value - per Jeffries is $16.53 & that was as of August of this year - excluding newbuilds. Historically 40% of net asset value is THE bottom, breakup - panic,fire sale valuation etc. FLC @ $16.81 X .40% = $6.41 --- $7.00 will NOT be here long imho !
