If the announcement is made before the market open it will gap very big ... no one will have a chance to get it w/o the chase. I have traded this numerous times, very profitably .. the others I have missed as I will not chase ... being burned hard, one time ... cured me ..... now my last entry at 9 7/8 is a "hold" for the news. Patience will pay off, and I am not willing to be out when the IPO release date is issued. Sue
