All I'm saying is that from a practical side, they have done things in reverse. They should have had preliminary meetings at least, to even verify there would be interest. There are so many Yahoos, Excites!s, and the like already out there, what makes me believe these high-end stores will want to dilute their profits even further? I think it is too little too late. The Tolley's may have expertise in certain areas, but IMO, not in this one. They've approached it wrong, and will likely not succeed. This is JMHO. I hope they do well for the investors' sake, but again, I just don't think so. They need to address the issue of the shares outstanding as well, either a reverse split, buyback, etc...
