Lynn, Was wondering the same thoughts as you. I believe it is a combination of CNBC, news release, and the daytraders trying to make this stock their pump and dump of the day. jcmoore

Short Covering on News, that's all Shorts were quietly unwinding their positions at $8 and now that there was news, they could not take any chances. Stock will probably close below $10 for the day. Todays news was a yawner as WB's been a content provider for WAVO all along. Just now, with the added bandwidth they are download video clips of their many productions for sampling, that's really it. Deeds just tossed longs a bone and screwed some shorts.
