ot seems like most brokers have service problems of one sort or another... how many companies out there are actually, truly service-oriented? in theory, i think this is why amazon has done well... they may be blatantly overvalued, but imagine amazon starting an on-line brokerage. okay, it's a stretch, but somehow, i don't think they'd have some of the horrible history of these discount brokers. amazon is a customer-service business, period. aol is a business, exclamation point.
