the internet company is a small little company that was started maybe 6-12 months ago that really does nothing wortwhile in revenues but has a promosing potential in the future. the reason the stock has not moved-probably the only internet stock not to move-is although the business was started a while ago it looks questionable that they released the news to get attention on the internet boom-again late to the punch. i still like dssi but i have never seen such a SMALL COMPANY TRADE so many shares and not move. obviously, the street has no credibility in management no matter what they have. good luck-still have hope in the meter reading business.

Gentlemen:

If I recall correctly, Shvilli is a common ending for a Georgian name, perhaps similar to the Anglo family name of Smith and of Walla as the final syllables of a Parsi (Zoroastrian) name.

I believe it perfectly proper to inquire of Mr. Shvilli, if only as a matter of intellectual curiousity. As for being "purjurious" ("perjurious" seems to be the word flavor of the month) I do believe Creditman has misused its definition in regard to my use of the word "tout."

We may quibble over use of "tout" in an informal, journalistically- shorthand manner. While I do not hold any DSSI, I do read Mr. Shvilli's writings in Globes and have regard for the depth of his analyses.

With best regards and wishes for a happy holiday.
