No...because the insiders' shares are not part of the float. Insiders also have to file before they want to purchase shares. But in this case, insiders filed to sell 10+ million shares. How's that for the float, eh.

No..because they have the same lack of buyers as you have a lack of sellers..it makes no difference...During Jewish holidays sometimes we see wide price moves as many of the head traders are not in and sometimes other market makers try to capitalize..

Im not jewish and this is an observation I have made over the last several years
