RS:

Hope that none of the possibilities you present come to pass. I dont want Loral to divert money from more pressing areas in order to buy its own shares back. I think any price point where it would be more beneficial to Loral to buy back these shares would be called into question by the 'authorities'. I have seen some pretty slick transfers of stock and companies but usually those types of transfers are on the initiative of the companies, not required by the government.

Still, what I want has not been a factor in any company's actions to date, no cause in thinking they are about to start now.

The dastardly deal is done.

Merry Xmas to All and to All a Good Night, expect Mr. Bernard L. Schwartz, of course, for whom I just wish a very, very long night.
