I sold my meager position Tuesday morning after reading the filing at a substantial loss I might add.

I just got tired of all the promises and not delivering the goods.

February to me seems like an eternity

Helene, you have some unanswered questions in the post I respond to.

As I have understood it: ARET/FAMC is administrating the initiation of the loans - Money providers are Freddie Mac and Washington Mutual - Insurance on the mortgages is PMI Mortgage Insurance.

For this work FAMC will take some fees - Looking around it looks as if such fees are 2-2.5% of the total loan sum.

Building materials for construction - When FAMC is "providing" the loan, then it should be no problem to obtain intermediate financing during the construction phase.

Who is going to work for them? - As I see it ARET/TCC will have their foremen going out there and get local carpenters, plummers a.s.o. involved - The tribes idea is to get as much of the work done by locals as possible - ARET/TCC will supply the admin, blue-print, know-how and materials and get the revenue for this part - Again here the financing necessary isn't a problem as guarantees are connected with the single construction site and it's financing.
----------

Above is the basis for the biz-plan of ARET as I see it - Supports the good reason to bring FAMC in as a integrated part of ARET.
My little vocab for the synergy here is: 1+2=4 - Get it ?
