NDB has worked for me very well for over a year. I recommend it heartily. You can do transactions by phone, either automated or in person, and over the net, as well. 19.95 for limit orders over the net for any number of shares...cheaper for market orders, and more expensive, but not that much more, for orders placed in person. Rules are the same whether the share price is one cent or ten dollars.
