Edward: I agree. Derlan seems to be divesting in order to clean up the balance sheet to make themselves more attractive. The program of divestiture should clean up almost all the debt and leave them with solid assets in the aerospace and pump industries.

Also, the Globe & Mail reported today that one insider, James Wallace, bought 40,000 shares at $2 in October and 100,000 in November at $1.65 to hold 140,000.
