Lynn - I got a quick response from my buddy at CPQ. He forwarded your post to his boss - just a few minutes ago he got a response from Enrico Pesatori, SVP of Coprporate Strategic Marketing. Pesatori told him that there are plans underway to 'dramatically improve' the user experience on CPQ's web site, but that he would personally look into what changes could be done in the meantime to address the issues raised in the post. I am frankly impressed that this got such a quick escalation to the top of the marketing organization but not as impressed as my buddy - he's not used to getting mail from folks at that level (Pesatori is 4 levels higher in the company than my contact). Let's see if there are any improvements.
