yahoo is not the #1 site in france. it's a local site. I forget the name. in fact I believe that the time is ripe for what happened in radio and TV to happen in the net. Some portals will provide co-branded content to local sites (ala NBC, CBS, NPR etc). What is your favorite radio station ? Mine is the local NPR station since it mixes in national programming and local programming. This reinforces the value of Yahoo but can call into question it's valuation since it is already about as valuable as NBC (although NBC is not traded - I am willing to bet that no one will pay more than $25 Billion for it).
