Got a response from Chris today.
He repeated the same thing that the Nevada license was not needed
and he is trying to clear up the situation now.
2 points:
1) His letter back to me was full of spelling errors. With spellcheck and other aids it seems to me to be very unprofessional for the guy doing the IR. e.g. apoligize, concequensly

2) Why didn't they know about this problem before last week ?
It was around since 1997 ???

Chuck,
Sorry to see you had to waste
your time today fiddle farting around
with the obvious inexperienced investor
who only dreams about profits.
My investor friends and I reviewed his
profile which he surely exaggerated on.
This character is obviously uneducated and flips burgers
or perhaps has worked his way up to the fries.
I'm not knocking his occupation...
someone has to wait on us.
GGNC is an obvious winner compared to others in the sector.
Happy Holidays,
Shark

My apologies also for not being here to help you discuss issues with Anthony. He sounds like he really does not understand the concept of buy low and sell high. Sounds to me like you've done a great job with this one so far. Way to go!
