"Private placement has a 3- month restriction " Common Shares Issued & Outstanding: 13.5 Million Estimated Float: 1.5 Million Fiscal Year: Calendar What date did the private placement commence? With only 1.5 MM shares in the float... the volume of late bespeaks of much turn over. I would like to buy into the RDIM concept... but am afraid the heavy turn over coupled with the possibility of an increase of 800% of the available shares hitting the market in three months.... doesn't exactly send the warm and fuzzies throughout my bones. Any thoughts?
