And just to make sure this point is clear (I think Steve mentioned it to me on the phone or a private note, but I don't know if it has been mentioned publicly);

I'm pretty sure Nate was originally hired with a three year contract that expired this past fall, but Steve recently told me that Nate has signed another three year contract, so he will be around for awhile.
