How do you reconcile that with the fact that as well as taking 1.9 million flow through units of the PP he has declared an additional amount of over 900,000 share presumably bought in the open market either before or after the PP. And that with a total position potentially greater than 10% upon exercise of warrants, he is going to be rather conspicuous.

I think you are scaring yourself with shadows frankly. The implications of tax advantages, and warrants would weigh more to my mind than playing around trying to slide shorting into the picture. After watching him operate for a few years he plays his cards very close to the chest, and in a very definitive way for the big win, and has lots of patience to achieve his agenda, whatever it may be. I guess what I'm trying to say is that in my humble opinion he would be more likely to buy up the whole thing and take it private than to try to skim your pocket and mine with short term moves. He's a value player, and a planner, and has expert knowledge and advice on structuring deals to his advantage.

Just my thoughts!
