Let's go back to your post of 12/22 #2515 for example.
Lynn Say's "no, he(cramer) did not admit he tried to short wavo"
If you watched mark on CNBC today you would see that he (cramer) did say that he tried to short wavo.He claims it is not what he meant, but admits he did say it.If your going to defend someone USE FACTS.
I guess anyone who watched was supposed to read his mind.

Lynn, I don't think the price/volume action is due only to todays "news"; Warner Brother has been on board since the beginning. My guess is that its due to other information yet to be announced. Remember Deeds said that Wavetop would have 100,000 subscribers by year end--he's running out of time.

There's "unsubstantiated information" circulating regarding a set-top box deal inked which I'm assuming could also increase subscriber base. Maybe todays action is the prelude to the next press release.

Who knows?
