Quit your shreaking. You have embarrassed yourself. Dell sells millions of dollars worth of computer hardware a day. Ebay is in a profitable position. Thousands of big name and amateur pornographers make substantial returns on their investments despite enormous competition. There are several reasons why companies are making money on the net. 1. Internet usership is growing steadily; this will accelerate as web tv and other cheap technologies continue expanding.. 2. Popular sites can and do generate large amounts of advertising revenue. Despite the increasing number of sites to advertise on, the high traffic sites will always have an edge. 3. People want convenience, and information. The Internet is perfect for this. 4. The trust issue has been overcome.
