Who is holding the other 10MM shares? 1.5 million in the float 2.0 million restricted ---------------------------------- 3.5 million total tradeable in the short run 13.5 million outstanding minus 3.5 million (from above) --------------------------------- 10 million remaining shares held by whom???? and are they encumbered??? You said ....."Heavy volume was short mm's, now they might have to cover befor jan." Yes depending on their settlement dates for the year end you might be right.... but they more likely can carry this forward. Where can I find info regarding the private placement numbers? Thanks in advance.
