A few things:

Release of Tornado 2 now in beta. There will now be a product to recoup all that money spent on acquisitions. Also a new product cycle to boost revenues for the first time in a couple of years although I don't expect it to have as profound an effect as Tornado.

The stock seems to have formed a base in the 40's. This may not be creating a spectacular profit but it's been a relatively long-time since it took one of its stomach-wrenching drops (knock on wood). Could the stock be becoming more mature and less volatile? Will this attract a new more conservative investor base? Will it save me on the cost of Rolaids?

I don't know if the popularly published PE ratio in the 100's has any effect on price, but unless they do any acquisitions between now and 1/31/99, you will see a huge drop in PE posted everywhere when earnings are announced in February. I personally think this is a red herring but if nothing else a perceived wrong will be righted. Also, if it happens to be a good quarter and I2O revenues are finally becoming real, then all of these stars will be lining up for a big push. Maybe some of those folks will be cashing in some of their Internet profits after Christmas and redirecting them in high tech stocks with a more long-term story?

I second Jim's opinion. The on-balance volume keeps building, meaning the stock is under accumulation. When it breaks out, it will double in a hurry. IMHO. wj
