Thanks for the information. Since I can't speak for the company, but I know alot about Boundless and the people let me see if I can make some positive sense to the situation.

First, it was my understanding the Morgan Group owned approx. 51 % of the stock when 5 Plus Million shares were outstanding. Now there is 600,000 shares less outstanding. I believe you can find the answer to these 600,000 by looking at "why" we have 600,000 less stock available.

Thomas Upton was in my office a few months back---Boundless and Tom had parted ways---Tom was one of the people that had stock options at .....50 ($5.00) cents. He was selling some shares at that time.

Kenneth East has just come on board to take over the operations of Boundless and all I hear from people are positive things and changes to the positive side are being made.------at least It has improved.

The other sales you show is approximately 200,000 shares.

Let's look at some of the things that are public knowledge.
They announced they wanted to be on the Big NASDAQ
They announced they were going to purchase through stock a software group at approx $5.00 a share.

NASDAQ requirements are Minimum $5.00 per share.

I don't know if this is a requirement but maybe adviseable---No one should have control of 51%.

It's for sure Morgan Kent Group has lots of shares left--2 million or so. I doubt if they are happy with $5-$6 a share, but I think you could read ------- something into what is stated above. I'm confident the stock is a good buy (BIG "O"'s business opinion). If they keep selling OTHERS will continue to buy in this low range. Boundless needs more investors and I CAN say some are on the side lines waiting to strike--and are doing so now. Another group is recommending Boundless as a "Buy" (not RED CHIP). I for one feel that anyone that can afford to buy should accumulate at these prices.

I have been with Boundless as I have been with other thin client vendors a long time and I (think) have a good BUSINESS SENSE ( which might not be good stock sense)---something tells me I'm right.

GOD BLESS EACH AND EVERYONE (Including-Morgan Kent Group)

Big "O"

Bill, I wonder where all the shares are coming from? Lets hope it doesn't come back down. I never have understood the different reason why the stock does what it does----Generally, I would think profits along with revenue would be important. I haven't heard any news that would generally cause the volume we see today---but what do I know?
