Eric,

I agree with a lot of what Lynn's been saying here, and I got burned in that Cramer mess, too, but I no longer have a WAVO position because (a) I can't short the stock and I can't predict where the shares a going to trade from one day to the next, making it (in my opinion) a dangerous short in any case and (b)I've had nothing but trouble getting Wavetop to run and from what I've seen I could just as easily go online without the hassle of leaving the PC on to collect files and the problems I've had installing both the tuner card and software. There have been a lot of thoughtful comments made here, and I think they've been helpful, but there is still a lot of risk in this stock, as there has been in the three years I've traded it.

I hope you make a fortune on this stock;I made a profit and consider myself lucky. For the short-term, this stock will require more study of market timing than I care to spend. Certainly I hope the company does well, but as far as the stock is concerned, I'm avoiding it. I hope you enjoy the Holidays, they're gone way too quickly!

Regards,
Dave
