Does that mean you're going to be a competitor of FNTN? If so, maybe we should ostracize you from this thread <g>!

Heyyy GUY,
^5 and bigtime congrats to you!!!
Have finally been able to see the Q & A video two trivial inquiries:
1.Who was the guy that asked about preferreds not being passed and if some sort of clarification could be made about the # of votes not being sufficient. Is it a matter of the total votes being in excess of 50% of outstanding shares a wee bit confused on this issue as other 3 items didn't seem to have that many more yes votes. Any opines would be appreciated.
2.If someone who attended, to the best of their memory put names on those that were seated on dais: Some guy, Maura, Michael, lawyer dude, some guy, Weller ( just curious ).
AOL booted me off half way through legal matters video but an observation so far:
MS mentioned that one of the key things if not the key thing ( my own inference) is the ability for brokers/dealers to speak to eachother
using one source aka FNTN Intranet, therefore alliances or whatever one wants to call it with Mutual Fund Families etc are critical to get this Intranet humming. To anyone that attended meeting was anything at all mentioned about any "alliances" of this nature?
