There was an analysts downgrade. Pacific something or other from buy to hold. Stock was down 1/2 when I posted. Good luck.

I called IR today to get some information about the company. The woman who answered the telephone informed me that only she and two other people were working. The rest were on holiday! She suggested I call back after the New Year, although their might be someone around beginning of next week to answer my question. At least they treat their employees well!
