av, I think blanket upgrades/downgrades like these are quite meaningless. They are just out there to confuse everybody. Much more important is the trend in earning increases or decreases. As long as there is a trend in earning increase, there is really no need to sell the stock (for the longer term investors). I think the trend for coms now will be earning increases - until we hear the dreaded term "close-door meeting" then it's time to run). Mang
