MPTV Inc. Announces Financing Strategy NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- MPTV, Inc., a Nevada corporation, announces that it has entered into the final negotiations and due diligence on the refinancing of the loan for Lake Tropicana Timeshare Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Company expects the due diligence and documentation to be completed before year-end and closing to be shortly thereafter. The recent court ruling extended the stay of foreclosure and has created the necessary window to conclude the loan refinance. In addition to the refinance, the proposed loan provides construction working capital and timeshare receivables financing. Construction funds will complete Phase I and working capital funds will initiate the marketing and sales for the project. The Company continues to have the opportunity to sell the Rancho Mirage project and the Kona Reef project in Hawaii when operating capital is available. Management plans to open several off-site sales offices in California, Texas and Illinois to increase sales production at a rapid rate. The Lake Tropicana Timeshare Resort is located in Las Vegas, Nevada on 7.5 acres between the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino and the Hard Rock Cafe and Hotel Casino. The Lake Tropicana Timeshare Resort consists of 22 buildings, tennis court, spa, swimming pools and recreation facilities. The Company will offer 9,152 timeshare intervals at an average price of $12,500 per interval.
