Well, I think we unfortunately need to separate the stock price movement from the fundamentals, at least for now (he he he!) I really think that with knuckleheads doing so little due diligence that they bid up TCI like mad because they think it is TCOMA (at the time of the T acquisition of it), lots of little guy odd-lotters will see the headline numbers and bid up MU like mad. BTW, anyone have an after-hours quote?

Longer-term (15 minutes? <vbg>), the fundamentals are bound to sink them. That inventory build-up is bound to come back and haunt them. Plus, giving the MU management team as much cash as they now have on hand to play with is like giving a flame thrower to a 10-year old. No good can come of it.

I guess we shall see. MB, whadda ya think?

Tip, I think the inventory buildup reflects the Koreans going after market share again. Everybody knows it, and wants to put off ordering 'til the prices tank...again.
It'd be nice if MU runs up to near 60 again, but I'm thinking about whether I should wait a bit to buy my puts...I'm thinking of all the spin, and how long it will last, and would like to have expiry after next reporting quarter. Then again, maybe I should buy my first 1/3, or...<G> I doubt if they'll be able to cover the disaster I'm looking for once the Koreans really start shipping. I guess we'll know when they're impacting MU by when MU complains about dumping.<G>
