Happy Holidays, and enjoy your house hunting. If this keeps up you might be able to buy for cash! Yeah, what a concept!!! :-) Then I can put my paycheck towards retirement (therefore, more NETA stocks!!!) :-) I'm hearing from a lot of people that they are tempted to sell now! Me? Nah... made a promise to myself that I wouldn't! HOWEVER, just in case something bad happens again I have put in a bottom to sell no matter what. I don't know about you, but the housing market is getting away from me quickly and I really don't want to wait another 6 months to watch this market get away from me again.
