Neil,

I do not see a reverse merger being a drawback. A reverse merger is an inexpensive way of going public. One of the best investments I made was in Amati Communications which did a reverse merger a couple of years ago. This was an ADSL telecommunications co. Eventually, Texas Instruments bought out Amati for a large premium.

Funny thing is that I own another advanced commercialized search engine stock, iSleuth.com (SLEU), which followed the same reverse merger script in October, 1998. SLEU recently signed deals with Inktomi, 24/7 Media and MBNA Bank.

Hopefully, WCTI will follow the same commercialization path. I am long three micro-cap search engines: WCTI, EXGP and SLEU.

Regards.
