Jon K. Your guess is as good as mine. For the moment, I think the core technology providers (at least in the case of g.lite) will be the main winner. Chipsets and modems kind of go together. What turns out to be the best modem will in all probability use the best chipset. I hope the chipset will be licensed from AWRE.

As far as companies likely to go public in the next year, I've been keeping an eye on Tut Systems. They've been catching a lot of press lately for their networking products.
