Good luck Sal. Hope you can stand the AXC withdrawal. I know Hal has tried to put AXC "on the back burner" or "bury the shares in the back yard and forget about them" without much apparent success. I have also sworn a couple of time that I'd stop reading this board and try to forget about AXC for awhile. No luck. It seems that there's a common trait among us hard-core Ampexites, we tend to hold on to that glimmer of * Potential *. Somehow we believe that we'll wake up one day and be able to laugh at all of those fools that sold their AXC shares before the big ?????? was announced. Well, I decided awhile ago that I've got too much of a paper loss now to even worry about my AXC shares. The money has been gone so long that I could really care less if I never sell. The * Potential * keeps me hanging on, just to see what happens. The education that comes with following a stock as closely as this board does was certainly worth some dough anyway. So, at the end of another year of hopes dashed, a falling stock price, and declining revenues, here's to a '99 full of pleasant surprises!

Regards and Merry Christmas to all. May the Joy of the holiday season (in-laws not withstanding) keep your mind off of our penny stock for a few days! Merry Christmas!
